| 09:00-11:30 | Getting to know South African and Zulu medicinal plants and products (and other useful plants): a display and interactive session to discover and discuss, under the guidance of Lloyd Mhlongo and Ben-Erik Van Wyk. |
| 12:00-13:00 | Lunch |
| 13:00 | Meet in front of the hotel for an exploratory walk (remember your water bottle, hat and sunscreen!). |
| 14:30-16:30 | Guided walk on the hotel premises (garden) and in the dune forest along the beach to study medicinal and other useful plants. |
